Welcome to Pricing Calculator Pro, a product of Angela A. Davis ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Pricing Calculator Pro Is

Pricing Calculator Pro is a pricing calculation tool for makers — including embroidery, 3D printing, laser engraving, and custom apparel businesses. It helps you calculate suggested prices based on the costs and margins you enter. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, profit, or accuracy of your final pricing decisions — the tool is a calculation aid based on the numbers you provide; you are responsible for verifying and applying your own pricing judgment.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Plans and Billing

• Free: $0/month, with up to 5 quotes, quote and invoice basics, and branded PDF export.
• Starter: $29/month, with up to 25 quotes, Stripe invoice payments, CSV export, and 2 team members.
• Pro: $79/month, with unlimited quotes, advanced analytics and forecasting, AI pricing insights, PDF reports, and 10 team members.
• Enterprise: $199/month, with everything in Pro, unlimited team members, role-based access controls, and priority support.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

4. Your Data and Content

• You retain ownership of the project data you enter and save (materials, costs, pricing calculations, etc.).
• By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you (calculations, saving, syncing your account).
• We do not sell your saved project data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the app for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the app - Share your account credentials to circumvent per-seat or subscription limits - Interfere with the app's security or normal operation

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Pricing Calculator Pro available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control (including third-party outages from our hosting or payment providers).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free or that the app will meet your specific business needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including business losses resulting from pricing decisions made using the tool.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date.
